Dollar Parish Chuch

The Parish Church is situated at the east end of Bridge St. We are a congregation of around 700, with 150 being regular worshippers. Sunday service is at 10.45am.
We are part of a linkage constituting three parishes which are content to work together in taking the work of the Lord forward. They are the parishes of Dollar, Glendevon and Muckhart located in the North East of Clackmannanshire and to the South West of Perth and Kinross.
There are many opportunities for study, fellowship service and prayer within the linkage including the Guild, Women’s Group, Wednesday Morning House Group, Mens’ Breakfast and Bible Study, Prayer Meeting, Church Neighbours, Bereavement Care, Worship Group, Seasonal Study Groups, Christian Aid, Traidcraft, Dollar and District Churches Together and various other links within the parish, the county and the Presbytery.
We have a full Christian Education programme, with an active Crèche and Sunday School, Girls and Boys Brigades and other youth groups, and a young peoples room in the Old Schoolhouse. These are open to all within the linkage.

Ochil Hills Community Church

Ochil Hills Community Church was established in 2003 as the third church in Dollar - we meet in the Civic Centre at 11a.m. on Sundays.
A small fellowship, independent but affiliated to the Scottish Network of Churches, we see ourselves as a church built on community, in the community and for the community of Dollar and the Ochil area. We are informal and also very arty at times - musicians, dramatists and artists. But you don't need to be! Besides meeting on Sunday mornings we have a regular Wednesday evening housegroup/prayer meeting and a rolling programme of shared lunches and mens, womens and family events.
The past years have seen an exciting and increasing participation and cooperation with both St James and the Parish Church - e.g. the Summer Holiday Clubs, a joint youth group, seasonal shared services and other past and future events.
